POSITION

The primary job role is acting as a Sales Professional and Account Manager focusing on B2B accounts within New York City. In this role you are expected to build new and foster existing relationships. You will drive sales and be held to sales goals and client retension goals. All sales prospocts and opportunities will be tracked and managed through salesforce.

This position requires sourcing leads, performing inspections, and preparing proposals and presentations for current and future clients. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a high work ethic and the ability to multitask.

Prior experience working within a property management company or in a hotel is preferred.

QUALITIES

- Pest Pac or similar pest control software ideal

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

- Ability to multitask

- Team player

- Experience in the pest control

- Experience in outside sales in a service industry

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
